Paper feels ever so slightly thicker. That's probably why it has been folded and rolled around to soften it up. Also the size is off by about 1/8". But the two tell tales if you're paying attention are that there's no watermark and the print quality just isn't there.
If someone hadn't handed it to me and said to check out the fake bill, I bet I never would have noticed. It's actually pretty decent and I bet it has been used quite a bit.
