For us, we are hoping to come up with plans that support little wasted hot water. So if it takes 5 minutes to get warm, and warm is needed, thats 5 minutes wasted cold water, and the whole line when shut off then goes cold and thats wasted hot water. The hope is that if the master bath, the kitchen, and the tank can all share the same wall somehow... Just blue sky thoughts really, who knows if its even doable or up to code.
