I would like a floorplan that allowed the master one one side of the house and the ret of the bed rooms on the opposite. The problem that we are running into right now with our 3 year old is that she constantly wants to play in her room which is upstairs, but most of all her everyday stuff she plays with in downstairs, So she is constantly bringing stuff upstairs and then back down, then can't remember where stuff is at. If the wife and I are ever blessed enough to build on our house, we would definitely have a playroom on the first floor.
