Wife is wanting to change jobs and I am just not so sure about it. I know that she is the one having to deal with it everyday, but she just has it so good as far as the perks of working there goes. Three day weekend, paid for trips every couple of years, Christmas bonuses, 2 miles from the house...etc. and I think it boils down to 1-2 people who are making it hard for her and I just don't want her to leave because of them, when it might be easily fixed. I know the grass ain't always greener on the other side, but I also don't want her to be unhappy, regardless of the perks of working there.
