These are my thoughts exactly, but I also know that being unhappy at the work place can make all those perks not seem worth it. I've talked with her and she's been at the same place for 12 years now and just feels she isn't respected. My fear is her going somewhere new and thinking its going to be a certain way and then her regret leaving and possibly not being able to come back.
