Yeah, that's a tough one. I was in a similar boat a few years ago. Had an offer from another company, but when I wrote out the pros and cons, it was a no brainer for me to stay where I was. Instead of changing the place I was at, I decided to change my outlook. I decided i wasn't going to bring work home with me anymore and I decided I wasn't going to sweat all the small things that happened.
I think the biggest things was when my daughter was born. I just couldn't let work affect my home life anymore and felt like the time I had away from work with my little family was precious. She's a Dental Assistant at a pediatric office and I know dealing with kids all day can be rough especially being at the dentist which I think is one of every child's most hated places.
