A friend of mine has a 98 Nissan Pathfinder 4wd, its not lifted, no big tires or anything like that just there DD. They have had the struts, sway bar, and rear shocks replaced and with more then 1 person in the car, and at different speeds there is a wobble (for lack of a better word). Any ideas of what could be causing this wobble?

does it do it at speed, while accelerating, while braking?

worn bushings on the body can do it. that is what happened to friends pathfinder it was mid 90s model. there was also something on the rear that was swaybar related.

good luck.

it happens a speed, you can slow down and the wobble will stop

Better description needed on the "wobble". Is it felt in the steering wheel? If there is say, stuff in the rear but not people does it still do it? Does it seem like a slow vibration or a fast one? Checked for bent wheels? Bulges in the tires? Hear any weird sounds with the windows down (or up?)?

The R50 is unit-body so there are no body bushings to worry about. The steering is rack and pinion and not known for serious wear issues but at 13 years old could have worn tie-rod ends. The rear has a 4-link and you could have worn trackbar or link bushings. The front driveline has slugs instead of lockouts so it spins all the time, wearing CV shafts faster. '98 was before the ATX14A "automatic" transfer case so it's not an issue with that. Driveline could be ready for new u-joints, they are a weird size that Nissan used on those trucks (R50s were all built in Japan), but readily found at the parts houses.
