When you email the admins to help out with issues, the least you can do is include your user name and be polite. A lot of people use different email addresses to sign up. If your can't be bothered to include details about your issue, (errors, messages, etc) including your user name, I'm not going to be bothered with trying to assist. I could search for your email address, but why bother if your not going to help us help you. 99.9% of log in issues are browser related, not the board. Delete your cookies, temp files, etc before sending us a rude email that your annoyed because you can't log into a private board. I could really care less how annoyed you are. And sending a rude email to us will really make us jump in to assist you. I have a special folder for those emails called "deleted items.'

Remember, the admins and mods volunteer their time on this board, no one gets paid to take abuse, including me.

Hey Rob, solution.... Give the rude ones a vacation.
Like this morning there was some issue with the board. I didn't bother to call, write or email, figured someone would pick up on it.
Like you said, we pay little, and it's all volunteers, so be polite.
 
I just got a little irritated because we got several emails a week, and most of them are not very polite, more like they have the attitude that we're here for their exclusive use. I put up with enough of this at work, no need to do it here. If your email goes unanswered, you'll know why.
 
What if I complain about there not being enough Real World Wheeling going on around here? Eh?!?!
Or how about not enough free flowing over 21 beverage consumption at a local meet-n-greet?

So... when does everyone wanna meet-n-greet the bottom of a few 12 oz bottles?
