Rare uncontacted Amazon tribe photographed

thats crazy to me, you know they were thinking "shoot that bird, we'll have food for months"
 
yeah im just wondering how no one has ever seen them before..

im sure thats not the first time a helicopter has flew over

Im sure they have seen helicopters enough to have made stories and legends about the loud flying shiny demon. Kill it and you become king.
 
So none of you think they should be introduced to modern medicines, etc? Yes there are lots of things screwed up in this world, but lots of good things too.

With the foot traffic in the woods, contact with other tribes, do you think they really "don't know" what is going on, or they do / have spoke with other tribes, but choose to simply lead this life instead?

Through out history introduction to modern man has produced nothing but trouble, we will infect them so they need to have modern med's

Yep, my thought was, IF that was ME, I would want someone to at least give me the CHOICE to join modern society. Certainly to not be looked down upon because I just happened to born in a location / situation that I have not been able to escape.

This applies to LOTS of 3rd world country folks too, but at least many of them have the opportunity to meet a missionary, attend their medical clinic / school, etc. Lots of good out there being done by missionary ministry.
 
well hoak it is, but I like the last part of the guys statement
