RE Superflex Joints

How long should the super flex joints in the control arms last? How can you tell if they have gone bad?

We have them last years with no issues. If the center ball has a bunch of play and moves side to side in relationship to the rest of the joint it is time to replace the bushings...

or take the set screw out and tighten them down a turn or two.
