One catch to this theroy, my buddy did this in Fayetnam and it worked well until most everyone got deployed. They gave their 30 day notice and rolled out. He had 17 houses at one point that were vacant and just about lost his ass (his rich daddy bailed him out). Just something else to think about, if it was really easy eveyone would be doing it. Good luck though
