On page 48 of the December 2007 Off-Road Adventures magazine they have a short desciption of the 39x13.50R17 BFG Krawler tire. At the end of the ad/description they have this "To order call 800-284-9840. $99.99EA"

Hot damn I am calling on Friday I think I need about three sets! :bounce2:

I wonder if 4WheelParts will honor that ad price? :lol:

This is funny!!! I actually called Greg at 4wp to razz him and order my 99 dollar crawlers.

Gregs reply......''hey, someone grab that mag off the shelf''

a few secs later....''not happening man, good try!''

Then a few min. ago I saw this post..........Funny huh?

I think there has been a retraction printed!! too bad!

Yeahhh, right. Sorry fellas not happening. i only honored it to dylan since he was the first to point it out. there has been a letter of retraction printed since then.
that particular size is only available in the red labels anyway.

That's good customer service on greg's part right there. I personally don't see the satisfaction in combing ads then trying to exploit a mistake like that, especially the ones that are far out.

Dang!!! That was fast!! The Fed Ex guy just called...he wanted me to open the gate to let him in with the tires.......Not being picky, but whats the deal with the RED letters. Looks kind of silly, imo. Im gonna paint over the red words. They look cool!! Anybody want them, before I put them on my Daily driver pick up?

Too bad you can't catch a deal like that online where you could order and pay for the transaction before they caught on.
