Rear bumper with tire carrier

Is it worth it to buy a brand name rear bumper with tire carrier and hitch or find someone that can build one? I know a lot of people have complaints with the manufactured ones. I don't want a tube bumper but I like simple designs. Also not looking to spend $1,000 on a rear bumper combo.

If you want something basic and you’re spare tire size is not overly large then go with something already on the market. It will be cheaper. If you want something trick and customized then get a shop to build you one.
