rear disc brakes on D61

What do I need to do to put rear disc on a D61? It was give to me with 4.10 gears and factory locker, so I am going to use it. If anybody has some suggestions on what to do let me know. Will caliper brackets from a d60 work or are the axle tubes larger on a 61?

You can use the weld on brackets without any problems. May be a little grinding for alignment but other than that it is no problem.
