rear end popping

whenever i stop or take off my rear end pops real bad. if it dosent do it when i stop, it does it when i take off. it started after i put lift blocks on and took them off. i thought the shocks were wore out but i put new shocks on it and it still does it. anyone know what might be wrong.
 
Something binding in the driveshaft, ujoint maybe? Take a close look at the ujoint caps and clips make sure everything is like it's supposed to be. I have been known to lay under the truck to determine where sounds come from but do this at your own risk, I don't recommend it :)

I am envisioning that scene from Speed where he is under the bus trying to diffuse the bomb :lol: I think you will need a creeper with go kart wheels and one of those cool flak vests with all of your tools attached :gitrdun:

Seriously, check the easiest stuff first. Ujoints and brakes. If you don't find anything then it's time to pull the diff cover.
