Rear Main Seal Leak

2002 Grand Cherokee, 4.0 liter engine, almost 120,000 miles.
I think I have an oil leak coming from the rear main seal. At the parts store, I saw a chemical in a bottle about the size of a quart of oil that was a “rear main seal stop leak.” It says you add it to your engine oil when you do an oil change and it reconditions the seal. I can't remember the name brand. Has anybody used this? Does it work? It was less than $10.

what it does is swell up the seal to help stop the leak,if the leak is not that bad it will stop/slow down,but it will start leaking like a sieve in a couple of months,just about guaranteed,it sounds like too nice of a vehicle to try and patch up though
