rebuilding RE superflex joints

Anyone have the tool to take them apart. pretty much a 4 post spanner wrench. Anyone built one? there not so cheap on the RE website and i want to re do my uppers and lowers.

Super simple to build. Same as any spanner wrench. But, a flathead screwdriver and hammer will do this job just fine...
