Getting closer to having the shop project "done" to the point that I need to put some type of sealant on the fresh concrete. Concrete was poured in September and I haven't driven on it or spilled anything on it yet. Trying to finish the ceiling insulation and seal the floor before I start moving stuff in.
Looking for suggestions on a sealant that will help prevent stains in the concrete (oil, brake fluid, etc) but will hold up to being sprayed with brake cleaner, mineral spirits, etc.
I have zero interest in any kind of epoxy coating or paint. This is going to be a shop, not a showroom.
