Recovering a video deleted from Youtube

Is it possible? There was a video on Youtube that was removed by the poster, and I want a copy of it. It was freaking hilarious, as it dealt with an issue here at work. Any way to recover it? The title was "Trevor Hughes Supply Guy."

i looked around a bit and couldnt find anything.

check with the user and see if he still has it
