Im wanting to regear my 44 and 9inch is there any specific things I need to look for before ordering gears and install kit or any other stuff I need to look for while doing it I've regeared axles once for a buddy but never done a 9inch how complicated is it any helps great thanks

9" axles use bearing adjusters on the sides to setup backlash and bearing preload, so no shims. For the pinion, the shim stack goes on the pinion support (instead of behind the pinion head), so it works "backwards" of the normal convention for shimming a pinion. When you add shims to a 9", it pulls the pinion away from the ring gear, instead of pushing it towards the ring gear like on almost everything else. It is pretty darn easy and probably one of the best to start to learn axle setup work. If you can make a little jig to hold the 3rd in a bench vice it makes it that much easier.

Alright thanks do I need new carriers form them or are stock ones fine

So would I need a new carrier also wat gears would be best to go with its a cherokee 4.0 motor and I'm running 35s now but I'm goin to be putting 37s on it

If your stock gears now are 3.73 or lower and you want to go to something 3.92 and higher, then you would need a different carrier. Of course, if you are adding/chaning the differential for a traction device that is not a drop-in (Detroit, OX, ARB, ECTED, etc) you would not be re-using the carrier anyway and would have to order your new differential keeping the ratio in mind.

I agree with the above, a buddy of mine had 4.88s in his 94 YJ with 35s and it drove reasonably well.
