So, had 3 of the 5 alloys on my DD bent (2 "surgically repaired") but anything over 65mph was shakey... so, bought a used set with good tires.

Put them on and one wasn't holding air. Pulled it off to find a fawkin' radial crack in the bead area!

Any chance it can be repaired or start hunting for another single unicorn to match the other 3?

Try some bead sealer first?

get some steel wheels. thats what i did on the wifes DD. damn potholes and dogs pissing
on the original aluminum ones did in 3 before i got em changed out. 2 got cracked and one
was so corroded from dog piss that it would not hold a bead.

I would say your best course of action is to drill the end of the crack, and cut into the wheel with a cutoff, along the crack, so all "cracked" material is gone, then filling it. Then grind/cut a groove back into your weld and reweld, as most of the impurities from the casting will probably rise to the top of the first weld.
