Replacement attic fan motor

I was thinking I could find a replacement chinesium motor on Amazon but I’m either striking out, or just not understanding what I’m reading.

But like I said, I was hoping to buy some Amazon motor, but if that century motor is the best bet than so be it.

I can't get the fan off the motor shaft. Plus a whole new fan unit from HD is $94, problem with that is I need a roofer to install it. I've never messed with roofing before and would hate to be the reason my roof leaks
