I have no clue how to replace the front rotors on a D60. Unfortunately I opened up the right manual hub and did not know how to remove it to get to the rotor(rotor is badly grooved). Any help would be appreciated.

Remove caliper, hammer off rotor. No need to get into the hub. Unless I am having major brain fart and need to quit working and have multiple drinks.

Does it look like this one?

If so you will need to take everything off. Then hammer off the old rotor from the wheel hub by hammering out the wheel studs.

Look for a metal ring to pry out and then you will be able to take out the locking hub internal piece. Then remove snap ring and spindle nuts. Brake calipers too.
