Rhino bumper

So after all the snow and such the front end on the Rhino was looking pretty rough so I got board and figured I'd work on it a little. This is what I came up with.....

I am going to Mudpro to have a plate cut for the area where the radiator is exposed. So what ya think?

Looks good but its got me thinking about what the weak link is now? Stock one was made of plastic right? Go hit a tree & see what happens, I know 2 people that just bought rhinos:D
 
that is the factory bumber with some additional tube work. i tore the plastic cover off mine in the snow last week also. also broke the right side tie rod in the same incident:shaking:

Damn it boy! You and Norton are having some awesome luck out of those things so far huh?
 
Yea, I'm in the process of the skids and all that. I'm not afraid to put it to the test. Broke a steering rack and a couple ball joints, but no other issues.

Nice. I'm getting ready to build something very similar on my moms mule.
 
I went to Mudpro today and this it what we came up with for the radiator guard....
