Rock slider help!

I recently messed up my rocker panels on my ZJ. Wanted to get some ideas of different slider set-ups. What kind of steel will i need? How much will i need? How should i brace it to the Uni-body? and anything else you guys think might help me out
 
if you have already messed up your rockers you should cut them out and box them with 2x4x3/16 steel with 2x2x1/4 supports to the uni-frame that has been plated with 3/16. it sounds like a lot of work but i wish i had done my zj like that in the begining cause i lost about 3" ground clearance with my sliders. try posting this on mallcrawlin.com i think i seen a thread on their with pics.
 
alright thanks man! and yeah there was a thread i saw either on here, mallcrawlin, or NAGCA and someone had boxed them in, and it looked awesome!

This is what I would do if I had bashed mine up first. I got my sliders before I beat my rockers to crap.

You are welcome to come over and measure mine, I have the KOR extreme ones I believe.

JC on the board also made his own rock sliders for his ZJ.
