First off, the parts are BEEF.
Also well cut, the holes are right on the money, and they fit up as they should.
They're also reasonably priced.

But what goes above and beyond is when a SNAFU causes an order not to arrive when it was supposed to, the owner (Dan) shipped them overnight air on HIS dime, his idea.

Situation: I took a week off from work last week to work on my junk. The Friday before, I put in an order to RuffStuff for some additional brackets I needed, knowing that he uses priority shipping, so it would come in on Tuesday, or Wednesday at the latest.

They didn't show Wednesday, so I called Dan. He asked if I could wait one more day to see if they showed, I said OK, given that our mail isn't always the best. On Thursday they didn't show, so I called Dan that afternoon as he had requested. He had already boxed up everything from my order and had it ready just in case. Friday morning at 10:00am, I had the parts.

That's above and beyond...

In the few purchases I made with ruffstuff, Dan was always really nice, and the parts are awsome too.

he has taken care of me with 3 orders so far and i'm sure plenty more to come. his customer service is way above and beyond what i was used to experiencing with blue torch fab, hehe

Wow, that is great service. Next day air on parts is not cheap. Did you ever figure out what happened to the original order/shipment?

It did show up, actually the same day the overnight package did.. Murphy's law.

USPS can be great sometimes, and it can also suck a fat one.

I bought shackles from ruffstuff, awesome service and quality.

Just installed on of thier diff covers on a 8.25!! All I can say is BEEF!!! No problems except I had to clearence the side cuts for the bearing retainers. Very satisfied!!

just got my stickers in the mail!

they look great on my yj :)

I got one with my order, and just got 2 in the mail.. I'll give ya one if ya want..

Drop me a PM with your address...

Sorry, we ran out of stickers for a week......

But everyone that registers or has registered gets a couple. It is a random program but we are almost caught up with everyone (2000 more) and we just got 4000 more stickers. We always try and send a couple with every order too.....

prob so but it looked like fedex drop kicked my box off the eiffel tower before I got it. Wouldnt suprise me if they fell out

I think they don't expect to pick up a small box and have it be that heavy, so they just toss it/drop it/etc...

All mine end up the same way, but everything is always accounted for on arrival.. :)

Mine have always come via USPS... and treated to the same abuse! But all the parts arrive just the same...

Ditto to Dan being a model business owner!

Thanks Dave.....

We have tried many different shippers and have always found the USPS to be roughest on the packages, call it a pre-test of the parts! We just wrap them tighter! But honestly its the price and delivery that can't be beat, 3 days accross the country and up to 70lbs for under $10, none of the rest can touch that.......I can ship 70lbs to Guam (US Territory) for under $10! If it will fit in the box it flies postal. For oversize parts we use DHL, UPS & FEDEX are just way too expensive but DHL is fairly priced and much nicer to work with. BTW, UPS is just out of control with their price increases, they are 20% higher than FEDEX who is 20% higher than DHL......
