Just dragged a new-to-me trailer home, overall the structure is completely sound, but the diamond plate floor, fenders, and frame don't have a lot of good paint left. I am not looking to blast the trailer, just looking to stop the rust and beautify a little. What have you successfully used in these situations? Ideally looking for something that will hold up without a top coat, but I can do a top coat if it is necessary.
POR-15
Rust Bullet
Eastwood rust encapsulator
Xion rust converter (converter and primer, doesn't need a top coat....so they say)

These are the 4 top contenders.

I refinished my neighbors trailer and my previous trailer using the same products.

I wire wheeled the loose stuff off. Rust converter on all steel then primer then paint. All rustoleum products. Adding hardener to the topcoat is the bees knees. Makes for a harder, more durable finish. Easily touched up too.

Knock the loose stuff off, wipe it down, and hit it with a gallon of rustoleum implement paint, maybe with some extra hardener.
