Ordered a set of shifter knobs from Ryan at Rydel fab this week and the customer service was absolutely incredible. Had to give him a plug.
The parts themselves are nicely turned aluminum and anodized and etched and look like you would hope. The price was jam up. But the service was damn near un heard of in this industry.
Saw his post on Pirate and sent him a PM with a sinple question.
He replied within 15 minutes and the answer prompted me to order.
Within an hour of ordering I had a shipping tracking number, and 2 days later I had my product.
He charged $5 shipping and shipped them from Oregon to SC in 2 days.
He is really just getting started as it turns out bu I am pullig for him to make it.
