I'm in the process of ripping off all the stuff I don't need of the blazer (94 S10 BLazer), is there any reason for me to keep the ac stuff? I know some people run onboard air off thier ac units but i thought you had to have a certain type of unit which I'm pretty sure mine isnt, lol. Anyway yea if there is any reason I should keep it let me know otherwise im gonna get rid of it.
Thanks

well if you compressor is the same as mine I wil take it off your hands

just a question why remove the A/C??
if it works keep it in so you don't have to sweat like a pig and smell up the trail.
I am actuly installing the A/c in my trail rig that way I don't stink up the trail :flipoff2:

Ricky, Keep it. If you are not interested in running AC you can have OBA. You can use any compressor, some just work better than others.

Well the compressor still works but the firewall is damaged where the ac/heat stuff bolted up to it so that part of it got shattered and the radiator looking thing that attaches to the firewall has nothin to bolt to, granted i guess if i wanted to i could ghetto fab it to still work but I'm getting ready to cut my front doors into half doors so the ac would just float away, lol. Not only that but since i've ripped all the damaged body off the front where it got into a wreck and im just gonna run exo around th engine and dovetail the hood so im trying to eliminate as much as i can from the engine compartment ie: the ac stuff, abs, etc. I will keep the ac compressor thou just in case I do decide to run on board air later, i just thought you had to have a certain type of ac compressor to do that, thanks for the info.
