salisbury area lawyers?

anybody know of any lawyers in the salisbury area that work with DWI cases? and are reasonably cheap......haha a cheap lawyer what a oxymoron.....

yea lol.......no story...thats how everything started on the other thread...people asking questions and me answering them better than i should have......story is, got drunk, drove home, got pulled over.....now i need a cheap lawyer haha...........and i need to sell my s10....somebody buy it, it has a 305 and a 700r4....and a hot paint job 800 obo
 
Remember if its cheap, its usually not good, if its good its usually not cheap.

You'll be better off spending some good $$$ on a good lawyer to save your a$$ from paying way too much in insurance later, etc. etc.


But to answer your question, I don't know of any in salisbury area.

P.S., next time keep a new bottle of rum under the driver's seat. when you get pulled, hurry up and jump out of the car into the street, open the new bottle and start chugging. Cop's dash camera sees you open a new bottle and drink, outside of your car. No realy way to prove you were intoxicated while driving...
 
refuse to blow, lose the liscense for a year (your gonna lose it anywa) and dont get any points on your insureance.

don't know for sure. But, I've heard stories that it does. But, you know how stories go, usually they are half truth.

It does sound good though and I would think it would work.
 
Even though it might work, think about it, it's not too good of an idea. To be honest I have three kids, 2 step kids, 2 grand kids, two sisters, a brother, Mom and step dad, and MANY good friends. I would rather think that they would be safer if you chose to have more responcible drinking habits than to endanger any of thier lives while out driving while you have been drinking.

Well, it would at least be an "open container in public" violation.
And then what are you going to do - put the opened bottle back in your car and drive off? That's an open container ina moving vehicle... isn't that illegal too?
How do you plan to get home after this - you cant exactly drive off after the cop has just SEEN you dirinking AND tested your breath.
My bet is, the cop 'aint gonna give a ride home.... :beer:
 
yea, i usually tend to do the "yes sir, no sir, can i do anything for you sir" type of shit.....i dont like jail so i try to be as respectful as possible.....and for all yall sayin dont drink an drive and lecturing me about it etc.....wasnt asking for lecture....i had something to do the morning after very early....actually was sposed to go pick up Bret(marvilusone) and drive to bryson city to get a yota for him.....so i made a MISTAKE and acknowledge that....so just keep to the question please......do i need to type it agian?????

hey man ive heard that cecil whitley is the man he made a ticket disapear for me hes not cheap but he is the best around and what you've got is a serious prob and you need to get it to disapear no matter what it costs trust me my best friend has one a he hired a cheap lawyer and he is paying the price now on ins and no lic so robb peter to pay paul good luck man
 
Cecil whitley did me right for a speeding ticket quite a few years ago, but like someone said, he is good, but not exactly the cheapest....... and be prepared for the lecture, he talked to me for 45 minutes, from everything from speeding to how much he loves his Catawba College Indians
