I was wondering if anyone knew if they make upgraded flanges for the sami t case? I am helping a friend build a sami and we are installing J10 dana 44 axles in it and want to do away with very small u joints at the t case.

I know others make them too, but check with Carolina Driveline in Spartenburg SC. They make drive shafts using 1410 joints. If you wanna do it yourself use Nissan front shafts. You will have to turn the centering ring down to fit the sammi flange but they are REALLY stong. I use them on my sammi with a 5.0 in it and havnt broken one yet. Broke everything else but not a shaft

How do you adapt to the nissan flange? Spline count+diameter the same? Do you have the measurements? Ive got a few Nissan flanges to move around

Sorry, I didnt explain it good. I mean jsut the drive shafts. You still use the Samuria flanges. The flanges on a Sammi case are like the axles flanges, they are bolted directly to the pinion. I have never seen anybody break a flange, just the U joints on the shaft.

ill check on that. they would definately need to be custom. we moved the rear axle 9 inches back. havent got the front installed yet.

Of course you have to either cut them or stretch them. We have to stretch them ourselfs with a 100" wb in one sammi and a 115" in the other.
