Good price on the ECGS unit. Not polyurethane, but I don't think that's necessary anyway. ECGS looks like they use the OEM replacement part, which lasted 20 or so years! Why pay double on poly? Anyway, there's write-ups on zuwharrie.com about replacing the shifter sheet, but if you start pulling the boots off from the top, it should become pretty clear as to how the shifter comes out. Once out, allign the shift rails and you'll be in 4-hi. You should see what's left of the old shift sheet on the ridge under the shifter pivot ball. That's where the new one goes. Pretty simple.
