I have a 60 pound pressurized sandblaster that I bought from northerntool but I can't get it to work right. I bought a couple of the 50lb bags of blast media to use in the blaster, but when I try to use the blaster, it just clogs at the nozzle. I tried different sized nozzles still won't work. Anyone have one of these blasters? Anyone know whats wrong? Am I using the wrong media?

Could be excess moisture from your compressor. It can cause your blast media to stick together to much instead of flowing out. It usually happens at the nozzle just like you stated.

I have 2 in line moisture removers, one at the compressor and one at the sandblaster. I am pretty sure that lack of air isn't the problem since I have an 80 gallon 2 stage compressor. Am I using the right kinda media? Anyone else use the cheap media in the clear plastic bags?

could be the media itself. could be damp from setting. If possible set it outside in the sun in a tub or bin and let it dry up....

I don't know about your area but in Winston-Salem I get my media from Robins Sand Blasting on 109 just off of I-40.
