i have a 97 saturn,1.9,auto ..Im wanting to reprogram the computer to delete the EVAP,2nd 02 sensor..etc
Yes I'm wanting to put this thing in a buggy..LOL
i just dont want to deal with the obd2 stuff..

i have google for a while with no helpful info,any Saturn performance people out there that can assist me in finding helpful info that i need?

I know nothing about obd2 and I know this probably isn't going to be any help but long shot...
I have a '95 getting ready for the scrap yard if that helps any? Car is perfect except only thing bad is the rings. It has high miles / automatic. I gave my step-daughter scrap price for her a down payment. We don't have time to fix and I want my $300 back. :lol: I'd let parts go for extra cheap if there's anything you could use? Brand new radiator. Haven't had time to pull tank/ tires or cores yet for the trip.

You need the dealer scan tool, tech II, to do any reprogramming or flashing. And then you won't be able to delete the evap and sensor stuff. What exactly are you worried about with not having it? Evap will only throw a MIL Light and thats only if a component fails, in 97 the evap systems don't check for leaks. And the 2nd O2 doesnt do anything but monitor how well the cats cleaning. So with out those two even plugged in you woukd only get a check engine light. You shouldnt have any lack of performance.
