Curious about options for sealing a concrete slab,

That doesn’t have a vapor barrier under it.

I’m certain there is no vapor barrier under the slabs that my shop is on.

Doesn’t matter on the side that is 50x 75.

But the other side that is 32x48, that I have 4ton HVAC in , and I do most of my fab work, I notice whenever I move a rubber mat, it is wet underneath.

I understand most options are only for slabs with a vapor barrier underneath, as the upward moisture drive will cause adhesion issues with epoxy etc.

Are there any options out there to seal the concrete when there isn’t a vapor barrier.

Reason for sealing is to make it easier to sweep/clean up without just creating more dust and grit coming off the slab itself.

Thanks in advance.

Found this when looking around. No experience with it but might be a good option.

I talked to a rep from these guys before about a commercial shower floor I was helping a buddy bid on. They have a range of different product lines, not just showers. He was super helpful and went out of his way to help me out on a relatively small job. I can get his contact info foe you if you want

i would coat it with a densifier first.

you can then seal it or epoxy it.
