anyone done business with him recently? i placed an order with him last thursday and have yet to hear from him.

ive tried email and phone.....anyone else had any problems with him getting back to you in a timely or professional manner?
 
ordered a diff cover from him a few months ago... took a while for him to get back to me,, seemed really busy/backed up but he did get back to me. stay after him, he'll answer
 
Email is the best way to contact him. I just bought a clocking ring from him for my buddies truck about 2 weeks ago. I think it took about two weeks to get it. I think he is a one man deal and fairly busy.
 
I tried to order a diff cover from him TWICE. Phone, email, Pbb PMs. Finally called Blue Torch fab and had one in 4 days. Nothing against him but that was my expierence
 
it takes forever for him to return calls. e-mails are faster, but not as convenient. I tried to order some stuff from him a while ago and after all said and done it was gonna cost 30% more than quoted (30% includes shipping and online CC service charges, etc.). I ended up going another route when I heard how long it may take to get the parts and such.

i ordered my diff cover from him, i emailed him and all that but they never got answered. my part came and it was still a good price so i was happy with it. but i couldnt get him to reply to emails at all
 
right after i posted he finally emailed me back saying that i "payment and the order was processed and you should be receiving it shortly"

i understand he is just starting out and what not but i didnt hear anything from him for a week....his products are great, he just needs to work on the shipping/customer service
