Well, the first ever shop day is in the books. Not a crowd like had hope for, but, none the less, Someone brought their vehicle up and worked on it all day long. @BigSouth and his son came up and tackled some maintenance on his 2000 Jimmy. Accomplished today.... New front axles, changed fluid in the front and rear Diffs, a well as the transfer case. It also got new front bumpstops and new swaybar bushings and new upper and lower ball joints. Brian's son worked along side dad, and sometime left to tackle a task by himself. I was impressed at his work ethic, and his ability to learn from his dad. Did I mention, I witnessed some parenting done right! For 13 years old, he did great!

... and we made it the 50 minute drive home. Didn’t die!

I'd come to something like this but it's 3.5hrs from me each way. Glad y'all got something done.
Bring a cot and a sleeping bag and camp out in the shop! Plenty of wood to keep it warm(er) lol Or if ya don't mind sleeping on a recliner, that would work too. So a two day trip could be possible.

Thanks for the offer let me see if I can work it out. Also might need to get a couple things to make it worth it.
