Moved to new shop.

It's got 3 legs of (measured on cheap meter) 118v.

Cross over any two legs I get 211v.

I've only run one plug at the moment. The mill works fine on 3 phase. Starts, stops, reverses...

Started on a project and my buddy was the first to weld something. Said along the lines of "Your welder settings are all off." I figured they got bumped in the move so didn't think any of it.
When I finally see that he's welding on 5 what I normally weld on 3 I started checking it out. Sure enough that's the case. I'm welding on 5 what I used to weld on 3.

It's like I'm lacking power.

I had also been fighting the plasma cutter on the CNC table. I just thought I had damp air (hadn't hooked up the dryer yet) and wrote it off to that...

Never checkd the voltage at the old shop. Can't now 'cause the powers been disconnected.

What am I missing?

Call unbreakable.....Maybe we can make another weekend field trip down there and get you fixed.

What voltage is your equipment set up for? 240V? If so running it on 208 will not hurt it. If it has taps you can adjust them for your incoming voltage.

How is the single-phase plug wired? Should be two hots and a ground, or black, white, and green. You should measure 200+ across the hot legs and 100+ from each hot to ground.

You should have an internal adjustment in your machine to compensate for this. Google your make & model for the manual, should be in there.
