I have a friend who works on HD trucks and the shop he's renting was unexpectedly sold. So, he is looking for another place to rent. He is looking for something with 3 bays large enough for HD trucks (~6000 sq ft), close to Morganton.
He is also open to purchasing something.
If you have something, or know of someone, he is needing to move by March.
