Shop to flip drop on super 60

A buddy was planning to do this for me but time hasn’t been available and now he’s moving.

Before I dig into it myself…

Is there a quality fab/welder who can chop, retube or sleeve my 2013 SuperDuty 60? Plan is to get a little deeper on the weeds and run leaf springs with a truss. I’ve got the pieces but lack time.
