Shop to replace BCM in 2015 Malibu

My BCM appears to be dying in my 2015 Malibu. I don't have the tools to reprogram it and my buddy's who does my work when I'm too lazy to also can't do it.

I don't want to take it to dealership to get bent over for a beater daily driver car.

Can anyone help me out? I'm cool with a used BCM. Or just bypassing the Passlock. Either one.

Apparently the chip inside my keyfob died. The whole fob worked exactly like it should but the car just wouldn't start. I called a couple locksmiths who said it was probably the BCM. Finally called one and he came out and cut me a new key and programmed a new fob and it fixed the problem. He was shocked, but I told him I needed a second key anyway so even if it didn't work it was worth a try.
