So i got bored after work the past 2 days and ended up with some side panels on the buggy to keep out the mudd and crap. Im trying so hard not to over do the dimple dies. Part of me wants to put 20 of them all over the panels. Still trying to figure out if i want to paint them or not, and what color. The backside will be painted gray.

Before anyone gets to all worked up...these are old construction signs that were given to me. I try to keep my illegal activites to a minimum. :flipoff2:

looks good. ive been thinking of putting a couple of skins on mine.

they look good sam and i don't even think they need paint...except for the back sides like you said...

Dont worry about street signs.

When i was in college i did a huge art project and went to local scrap yard and bought a ton of street signs and road street signs for "just the price of aluminum. $1.07 a pound or something like that because i got 12 or 15 signs for $17. Its not illegal if you buy them. And from what I can see they make great looking sidepanels. Looks great.

Thanks for the compliments guys. They arent perfect but i figure they will keep the mudd off.

Jody, what the heck is up man? You still alive a kickin'?

Jim, I am working on that. Got some 1/4 for the sides and will cut a larger peice for the bottom so they are easily removable. I was going to work on that this afternoon but ended up at the Urgent Care after i cut the tip portion of my thumb off under the nail. Damn Taurus fan is unforgiving.

Travis, you know you roll like me. :flipoff2: I was raised to work hard believe it or not. Still trying to figure out if it stuck.

yea as soon as i get some more metal. Might need some thinner stuff. You want to come down and make them for me? haha

pics of the thumb?

Whats up Sam. Doing great. Got married last fall.

Been staying busy doing lifts and gears for people. No buggy building, too time consuming for me now a days.

Kinda miss the wheeling lifestyle, but its nice putting money away each month instead of busting tail trying to keep my rig up.

Buggy looks great man.
