so the other day i go to 4 wheel parts in charlotte to pick up an order. the gentleman i talked to say that it would be setting on the counter, waiting, and all i would have to do is show my i.d. and order confrimation and i would be good to go. well i go during my lunch break, i work on graham st. so im not that far away, i get there and two customers are befor me. each are being helped by a different counter person and theres a third (turns out to be the manager) wandering around. long story short i spend an hour and forty-five minutes waiting to pick up my parts. i dont know if they were having an off day or what but jeeezzzzz!!!
