Just showing off me and my brother-in-law's handy work! Even showing support for the cause too!! It took about 5 hours and we used 4 trailer tires, 2 Hellas, and some random pipe for a cage!
:flipoff2:

Yeah that was a couple days later after the sun was hitting it, dang tire started to fall out. Oh well and the roll cage just fell today, my stupid brother-in-law's welds are crap! Also I just found out it will be in the local paper too!

It took fawkin' forever to move all that snow! But the neighbors were pretty impressed and it was fun to do.

Dang...that makes me feel bad about mine:

I was rather impressed by the headlight knob eyes, wiper knob nose, fuel line smile and Waggy hubcap hat...not so much anymore. I think I'll blame my 9 year old sister for holding me back in the ingenuity department...haha.

That is awesome. I admire your willingness to stay out for that long messin with the cold wet stuff. I spent 15 minutes workin on my snowman.

cut to the good stuff:

Andrew Burton in Puett Cove near Marble tried to make the best of the icy conditions and provide some amusement for local children by building a Jeep instead of a traditional snowman in his front lawn.

“My brother-in-law and I both love 4-wheeling, and we thought it would be something fun for the neighborhood kids to see. I also wanted to create more awareness about the Upper Tellico [Off-Road Vehicle] Area closure and remind people of how much of an impact the closure has had on the local economy,” Burton said.

Burton’s neighbors usually get together and salt the roads themselves. He said he expects them to be clear within the week.

“The Puett Cove community has some steep roads that are dangerous after a heavy snow and will change to ice overnight,” Burton said.

Nice job dude! love the sign next to it!
