So I thought they were Rationing Water in Raleigh

Until I am Driving down 440 near Sixforks today
(Sunday at 10:00 am) and the city was watering the center median plants with big ass water trucks. Now it may have been Reclaimed water but Still.
IF it was not reclaimed then they were wasting it and the over time Sunday pay that was going to the truck drivers.

And we got like 4" of rain on Friday night
