Im sure this have been covered. but I just tryed to use the search and it came up with nothing.
I have 3 or 4 inch leaf springs on my yj now. what would be involved if I went back to my stock springs soa? all I can really tell would be perches. and maybe a driveshaft.

I don't think the perches should need much attention unless your new springs are longer or shorter. The main things you need to look at when lifting or lowering that much is driveshaft, shocks, brake lines, pinion angle, and steering. Also, stock springs may allow more axle wrap.

Possibly d shaft and rear pinion angle is all that comes to mind.

I interpreted it that he was already SOA..if not, as nov75 stated, But I would do brake lines, shocks or move shock mounts, def SYE, both shafts, high steer, anti-wrap bar. It will flex much more than a sua.

its sitting on some 4" leafs now. it was the complete kit. just thought I might gain an inch or so lift and more flex with soa.

Yea for the SOA, it adds more like 5-6 inches more lift. Or, are you potting stock leafs on with the SOA instead of keeping 4 inch kit? if you plan to keep 4 inch lift with SOA, you might consider ladder bars or else you will get some axle roll
