Getting this from JB after the first of the year.

Now, I need to sell the RV, and trailer, and buy a pop up!

Will need to make storage for my propane tanks

have to buy a weighted tag :(

but a day trip will be so much easier!

Chip's gonna Pimpin' in that Ride :huggy:

It's a 454 and auto if memory serves. Would make a good 6BT swap candidate, though.

That truck should serve you well, its hard to beat a 454.As far as gas motors go.

Way to go, I always liked John's truck. It has a cool facter built in.

Put a sleeper on it and tag it as an rv and maybe bypass the weighted tag?

How do you think it will stop with all that weight on it?

That will be awesome Chip. I need to get rid of my pop up so I can get a tag along. Call me and we'll talk about it. I've also got a sleeper if your interested.

You can also make some money w/ that thing.

I just happen to know someone with a pop up that needs a trailer

Would said person be the one that let me borrow some sbc motor mounts and a dana 35:flipoff2:

After a lot of thinking, I am thinking we will need to get a tag a long camper, instead of a pop up. Main reasons are:
Have to have a place to haul the dogs when we take them.
Most pop ups don't have a bathroom or shower unless they are real big, and, don't want real big.
Again, with the dogs, we need the floor space
So, I guess I will be looking for a small tag along camper trailer

pretty fresh 454, 4 speed, with granny low, geared 4.10:1

Welcome to the single digit mpg club!

Still a nice truck, we used a 70s Dodge to haul 2 race cars to the track for a few years, and made a little money on the side as well.

I have ridden in that truck a few times right after he got it. Nice rig. I think he had a A line pop up camper he pulled with it.

Just don't let anyone know the truck has the biggest York and 13 gallons of tanks AND duel air hose connects. Other wise everyone will be hitting you up for air for their tires and dusting off rigs and running air tools and filling up air mattresses and .........
Hope it brings you many years of faithful service as it has given me :)

Thx Lorenzo :) My ride is now located in Charlotte, prolly see it again when CORE has a ride at URE. She's been repainted with the same royal blue, so you might wonder if thats it or not being shiny and all now LOL
I let the new owner take the tag ROCKETR, so you'll know its it :)
