Speedo not working

I just installed my SYE and a new speedo gear and buttoned everything down. But it shows nothing. Anywhere I need to look.
Its the correct gear. It matched the size of the one that came out.

Might need to spin the vehicle speed sensor to one of the other 3 positions. Line up the numbers on the VSS, that correspond to your # of speedo gear teeth, with the mark on the bottom of the hole on the xfer case where the VSS mounts.
