Spotted! 60s era resto project near east TN boarder

Its along highway 421 going into TN. I have no clue what it is but would REALLY like to pull over and see. IMO it looks like a Ginetta G4 or some Italian sports car. Its faded red and maybe sitting on a trailer in a field with a 60s VW Bus. Here's a pic
