looking to see what kind of coil and leaf springs you guys are running in your cherokees. i want something that will flex well. looking for something in the 4.5 to 6 inch range. also what shocks are you running on your setup.

Rustys springs work great for me. Can't say the same for their other parts though. Bilstens are a great budget shock that works great. TiP: I you want to lift the rear 4.5 get 3.5 or 3 inch springs and a 1-1.5 inch lift shackle. The stock shackle doesn't allow the spring to expand and contract enough.

I'm under your 4.5" request, but I 'll play along...
My DD-XJ has used parts, so I'm not certain exaclty what they are. Supposedly Rusty's stuff...the coils have Rusty's 300 printed on 'em (3"), rear leafs may have said Rusty's but I forget. I added 1" spacer up front to level it out. The used shocks were white, I can only assume they are Rusty's and came with the kit. I have it bumpstopped properly, it flexes fairly well with 31s on offset wheels and no fender trimming, still have factory flares.

i've got 4.5 rockkrawler coils that are about 6yrs old, and ready to get replaced. i have 4.5 rubicon leaves in the back and they are great! ride and flex nice. bilstein 5150s all the way around.
